Here are the answers to some questions we are often asked.  If you don't find the answer to your question here, feel free to send us a message by clicking on the "contact us" tab on the left hand side of our webpages.

• How much is shipping to.....? 

Use our online shopping cart to calculate shipping charges for your order to your selected destination.  By completing the checkout procedure as far as the payment stage you can select a shipping method and this will calculate the shipping charges to the delivery address you nominate.  This does not in anyway obligate you to any purchases and you can stop the checkout procedure there without incurring any costs or completing any online purchases.

• Do I have to pay any sales tax?

Only NZ residents have to pay sales tax (GST).  Prices on our website are exclusive of GST and GST automatically gets added to the total of any NZ orders during the checkout procedure.

• Are you going to produce any more NZ Police models?

Yes.  We will endeavour to put photos of new models on our future projects page when we have them.  Make sure you create an account with us (this does not in any way create any obligation to make any purchases) and sign up for our newsletter.  That way you will be informed the minute any new product appears.

• Are you going to produce any models from......?

We are always keen to hear what our customers are interested in.  Contact us and let us know what you would like to see.  We can not guarantee that your wishes will be fulfilled but as the old addage goes "if you don't ask, you don't get".
